On the Block  Community Outreach is  a nonprofit Christian based organization geared towards helping men who have and are suffering from drugs, alcohol , other variations of social conditions as well as those who are transitioning out of short or long term imprisonment by providing transitional housing within a safe living environment.

On the block offers a wide range of programs that are tailored to reach each individual in our homes, we not only educate our residents about the nature of their situation but we help them establish valuable life skills that will enhance their lives going forward.
