Phase 1 is the process of tough love, here we will be advancing the concepts of structure and disciplines. Phase 1 allows us to explore the origins of each individuals unique situations, as well as examine the depths of personal accountability and an opportunity to personally develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Phase 2 allows residents a little more freedom where they are allowed to find employment, which allows them to reintroduce themselves back into society and began to relearn responsibilities and accountability.

Phase 3 is the process of integration, on site they are required to mentor and give back to other brothers that are new in the program. During this phase we assist them in maintaining gainful employment and housing so that they may establish appropriate living for themselves and continue on the right path.
